The following things must be disclosed in the deed of share :
(a) name, surname, age, address and names of mother, father and father-in-law of the parties,
(b) property to be acquired by the co-sharers,
(c) If there is any loan money in the name of the shareholder, the amount of such loan money,
(d) Sokura,
if a party resides with another party during the rebellion (e) that the property to be sold has not been concealed or concealed by any of the parties,
(f) Details of any property after the remainder of the parents or husband and wife will be inherited by a sharer only,
(g) If the share of any share remains under someone's charge,
(h) Other essential matters.
